Hand Drawn Maps of Berlin

Slow Travel Berlin have teamed up with Kreuzberg’s Office for Metropolitan Geography to bring you these limited-edition maps of six Berlin neighbourhoods.

The original maps were hand-drawn by Berlin-based cartographer J. Simon, and they reflect his years of wandering through the city, attempting to put it all together in his head.

While these maps make no pretence of being drawn to scale, their geographic arrangement of street names reveal a personal approach to a very familiar city.

The prints have been personally screen-printed by the cartographer onto 300gsm bristol board in strictly limited editions of fifty; each map is numbered and signed.
