Annett Groeschner

Annett Gröschner, born in Magdeburg in 1964, has been living in Berlin since 1983. She studied German Literature in Berlin and Paris and has been a writer, journalist and lecturer since 1997. In 1992 she began working on literary-photographic projects with the photographer Arwed Messmer (including the exhibitions and books Aus anderer Sicht. Die frühe Berliner Mauer, 2011; Berlin, Fruchtstraße am 27. März 1952, 2012). She writes novels, short stories, essays, stage plays, radio features and reportages. Her novel Moskauer Eis was published in 2000, followed by Walpurgistag in 2011. Her most recent publication is Mit der Linie 4 um die Welt, 2012.
