This pool was part of my recent “abandoned” explorations around Pankow.
As is so often the case in Berlin, the building has a somewhat laughable ‘security’ system, consisting of a wire fence that was long ago pushed to one side to form what is now a makeshift entrance.
Inside it’s smashed to pieces and tagged from top to bottom. Since it’s located right off a street, there isn’t much sense of danger or creepiness – though I found out later from my friend Abandoned Berlin that there is actually a pretty creepy cellar below.
